Let's raise a glass to Tom the Maintenance Man, LOL.... He was clearly enjoying some of the ancillary benefits of taking revenge. If there were any justice in the world, he would also have gotten to rub and grope between Chelsea's bottom cheeks, and sexually humiliate her as well, while also reaching in front to occasionally pinch or rub her nipples. Chelsea's reactions seem quite genuine (since she doesn't usually do this) and at least suggest that harder spanking without actually damaging the affected area is possible. A nice early look at the inner workings of Ed Lee's kingdom....
